Caister Castle Motor Museum

The Castle is currently home to the largest private collection of motor vehicles in Britain which is housed in a purpose built museum and includes many fine and rare veteran, vintage, classic, sports and touring automobiles and motorcycles.

The castle and museum are open to the public from May until September. Check their website for precise dates. Open 10.00am to 4.30pm daily except Saturdays; CLOSED on Saturdays.

Highlights include: An 1893 Panhard et Levassor (the first real car in the world) The very first Ford Fiesta off the production line Jim Clark's Lotus Peter Rachman's Cadillac A Bentley Speed 6 Bugatti Harley Davidson and many more...

The collection is complemented by a display of bicycles, horse-drawn vehicles, pedal cars and other related items.

The entry dates for 2018 are as follows:Open Monday 14th May and close Friday 28th September. Prices Adults £15.00; Children £7.00; Under 5's Free; Senior Citizen £13.00; Family Ticket £38.00
