Bradford Industrial Museum

Bradford's Industrial Museum has permanent displays of textile machinery, steam power, engineering, printing machinery and motor vehicles. Jowett cars and Bradford vans were made in the city, production ceased in 1954.

There is also a display of Bradford made Scott SMotor bikes and Sociable 3 wheelers. A now famous bike was used by Capt. Tom Moore for competitive riding. Capt. Moore came to fame in May 2020 when he raised some £32 million for the NHS by doing a sponsored walk at the age of 99.

The bike that Capt. Tom owned is now owned by David Wood, son of photographer, C.H. Wood, who also competed with the bike. David has loaned the bike to the Bradford Industrial Museum.
